Latex or similar gloves for working on bike

So, i bought a box of latex gloves that were cheap and all the fingers were stuck together and i couldnt get my hands in so returned them :banghead:
then bought a different box which are good in the sense that i can get my hands in them but they tear quite easily and make ur hands sweat like a fat lass. :banghead:
so, anyone found a solution to avoid greasy/dirty hands that allow decent dexterity? (welding gloves dont quite cut it...) dont mind paying a few quid if they work well
cheers

For heavier-duty things like wheel changing I get boxes of 'Contour Avenger' gloves from my local Costco. Last ages and when they get dirty you can put them through the wash.

Alas they don't say that when you're putting your fingers in their kids' mouths or injecting / operating on them :rtfmsmilie:
I'm sat at work now looking at my hands and there's black marks in the small cracks in the fingers that won't come out with Swarfega. Don't look very professional really. And that was with wearing the equivalent of "Contour Avengers" off and on all day yestreday at Cadwell.
End up wearing latex gloves for everything if I go near a punter just for appearances! (Having scrubbed hands with antiseptic and piled on alcohl gel already  )
By the way, is it me or do "Contour Avengers" sound like a brand of novelty condoms?

Don't tell me a jock uses moisturiser and "Gentlemens products" :pablolaugh:
Seriously though, I use stolen nitrile gloves from work.
Also make great waterproofing inside your race gloves.
